I. Functionality,
1. Water meter pulse automatic counting function, communication does not hinder counting, double single pulse can be set;
2. Low power consumption function, using high performance CPU, low power consumption normal operation;
3. With RS485 free protocol or ModBus protocol communication function or water meter industry standard 188 protocol;
4. Data maintenance function after power failure (after power failure, spare battery will continue to work);
5. Address, data write function and data read function in the module through the central control end;
6. Fault diagnosis output function, warning function;
7. The water meter module is generally installed on site and should be waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-freezing and anti-high temperature. Have anti-interference ability.
II. Technical requirements
1. The pulse of the water meter is generally the signal of the reed tube. The water meter counting should prevent jitter and do not lose the pulse. In program design, the priority of pulse count is greater than the priority of other programs. The meter pulse count is automatically saved in the memory in the module.
2. Water meter counting module has RS485 free communication protocol function, and can be connected with 485 type electricity meter free networking. Free communication protocols should be straightforward and easy to apply.
3. The power supply of the water meter counting module is divided into external power supply and internal spare battery power supply. The external power supply is DC 5V. When the external power supply is used, the battery stops supplying power. When the external power supply is interrupted, the battery supplies power. When the external power supply and the battery supply are interrupted, the capacitor supplies power. When the external power supply or battery power supply is interrupted, the alarm signal should be output. General purpose lithium battery is used. (Internal power supply is optional)
4. The computer can change the address of the module according to the RS485 communication protocol, and set the data in the module. And can read module address, count data, alarm information and so on.
5. The package of the water meter module should be waterproof, moisture-proof, electrostatic discharge, anti-freezing, anti-high temperature, easy to install, remove and maintain.
6. All terminals should be able to connect at least 0.5 square meters of wire diameter RVV or BVR cable.
